ABOUT BEVERLY HILLS CONDOMINIUMS

Beverly Hills Condominiums is a 55+ gated community, located in Hollywood Florida, since 1966. We are surrounded by the cities of Dania Beach, Miramar and Pembroke Pines. We are a few minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in south Florida, Hollywood Beach, also called the Hollywood Beach Broad walk, that stretches nearly two and half miles along the sandy beach. Our location makes Beverly Hills easy access to roads and highways leading to Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood and Miami International Airports and Seaports. We are also close to the famous South Beach in Miami, a little over three hours to Orlando to the North or Key West to the South and an hour and a half from Naples on the West Coast of Florida.
We are a gated community consisting of 661 Condos; our Clubhouse has a library, exercise room, pool room and a huge lobby. Our Community is known for its beautiful grounds – maintained by our professional landscaper. Living in Beverly Hills is a joy for our residents and a beautiful place for guest to visit. The Beverly Hills Social Club is a very active group of residents who enjoy the social activities that are offered to them, we have many activities throughout the year. We also have several residents who are very talented and they offer Line Dancing and Tai Chi to everyone in our clubhouse. Bingo every Wednesday night is also another activity that we all enjoy.
We have an active Community Association governed by a 5 Board of Directors, with each member representing one of five sub-communities along with 5300 Maintenance and Management Corporation our self-managed office and our office manager, that make up this wonderful community we call Beverly Hills Condominiums our house.
